3+ years in construction accounting or bookkeeping
Strong knowledge of draw cycles, job costing, and budget tracking
Proficient in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with construction management software
Fluent written and spoken English for US-based communications
Detail-oriented, self-directed, able to manage multiple schedules remotely
