Accounting Associate

📋 Description

• Onboard new clients and set up accounting systems.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping: AP/AR, closings, reports.
• Use company software for accounting, reporting, and tax tasks.
• Prepare payroll, sales tax returns, and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with audits and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and margins.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or tax.
• Turkish CPA (SMMM) license is a big plus.
• US GAAP experience is a big plus.
• Excellent English communication; interviews conducted in English.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
