Accounting Associate (Turkish Speaking)

📋 Description

• Support client onboarding for assigned engagements per process.
• Drive client acquisition/retention with high service.
• Organize and update financial records (digital and physical).
• Handle AP/AR, bookkeeping, monthly close, reporting; payroll as applicable.
• Prepare depreciation schedules, sales journals, and sales tax returns; review payroll.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and deliver accounting support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred; other certifications (EA, Turkish CPA, ACCA) okay.
• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting; CPA firm experience a plus.
• GAAP knowledge; experience with individual and business taxes; international tax a plus.
• Proficient in accounting software; Turkish and English fluency.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication in fast-paced, collaborative environment.
