Accounting Associate (Turkish Speaking)

📋 Description

• Support client onboarding for all engagements per process.
• Drive client acquisition and retention with excellent service.
• Organize and update financial records (digital/physical).
• Manage AP/AR, bookkeeping, monthly close, and reporting; payroll as needed.
• Prepare depreciation schedules, journals, and sales tax returns; review payroll.
• Collaborate with manager and team to deliver timely, high-quality service.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• CPA qualification or on CPA track prioritized.
• Other certifications considered (EA, Turkish CPA, ACCA, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping and accounting.
• GAAP knowledge; experience in individual and business taxes.
• Turkish and English fluency; proficient in accounting software.
