📋 Description

• Own the accounting operations for a portfolio of startup clients
• Oversee month-end close processes and ensure accurate, investor-ready financial insights
• Collaborate with founders and startup leaders to improve financial processes
• Provide guidance to preparers and junior staff to maintain high-quality outputs
• Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve accounting issues
• Establish scalable accounting records for new clients

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably with multiple clients or fast-growing businesses
• Strong month-end close, bookkeeping, and financial reporting knowledge
• Experience reviewing work of bookkeepers or junior accountants
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client portfolios with accuracy and deadlines
• Strong communication skills with founders and business stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ownership-minded
