Accounting Lead

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of accountants to ensure daily financial operations, month-end
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and consolidation for
• Drive accounting process improvements, SOPs, and system automation to enhance efficiency and
• Oversee internal/external audit engagements, transfer pricing, and global tax compliance across
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide visibility into financial performance and guide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience with people management experience.
• Preference for a combination of Big 4 audit and in-house accounting experience.
• Deep understanding of IFRS and multi-entity consolidation.
• Hands-on experience in driving process redesign and finance system implementation/automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proactive in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite
• Experience in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Fintech, Tech, or Software industries
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
