Accounting Lead

📋 Description

• Own and drive the monthly close process and reporting timeline
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and prepaids
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements
• Maintain supporting schedules and audit-ready documentation
• Assist with crypto-related accounting (on-chain transactions, wallets, digital assets)
• Partner with the Accounting Lead on crypto-related analyses and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close ownership
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and accrual accounting
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel/Google Sheets, and ERP systems (Xero preferred)
• Interest in crypto-native accounting operations and digital asset accounting
