Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own full accounting cycle and financial reporting for leadership.
• Oversee job costing and WIP across projects.
• Manage revenue recognition and progress billing.
• Guide leadership with budgeting and cash flow planning.
• Lead integration of external apps with QuickBooks Online.
• Oversee AP/AR, expenses, and vendor interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in accounting with U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Construction/job-cost accounting experience across multiple projects.
• Experience with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong judgment, prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English; strong communication with non-finance teams.
• Remote work-ready; proactive, collaborative, accountable attitude.
