Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own the full accounting cycle, including reconciliations and month-/year-end close.
• Oversee job costing and WIP on multiple construction projects.
• Manage percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and progress billing.
• Provide financial guidance to leadership for sound decisions.
• Lead integration of external apps with QuickBooks Online to improve workflows.
• Oversee AP/AR, expense management, and vendor interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction/job-costed accounting.
• Experience with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to make sound financial judgments in a fast-growing org.
• Experience guiding accounting professionals; management experience a plus.
• Familiarity with federally funded or government project accounting is desirable.
