Ensure the monthly close is done consistently and timely.
Partner with external providers on monthly close procedures and reconciliations.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: AP, vendor management, sales tax, and 1099s.
Establish internal controls and maintain well-documented reconciliations for audit readiness.
Prepare the reporting package after close and collaborate with department leaders on reporting.
Build and improve accounting processes and tooling in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related track
4+ years of accounting experience across public accounting, senior accountant, or accounting
Hands-on ownership of month-end close and account reconciliations
ASC 606 revenue recognition experience
Audit experience — prepared PBC support and workpapers
Highly self-directed — can operate with minimal guidance
