📋 Description

Own client relationship and accounting delivery for Decimal franchise location
Act as primary client contact and direct the analyst team
Lead accounting delivery with a tech-first mindset
Oversee accounting operations for multiple clients
Direct and review A/P, A/R, payroll, reconciliations, and adjusting entries
Identify automation and process improvements and flag strategic items

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5+ years in public accounting or full-cycle accounting
Minimum 2+ years of client relationship management
Minimum 2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience
Experience with Bill.com, Ramp, etc. is a plus
Experience with multiple clients and strong communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
