Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own the full accounting cycle, including reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Oversee job costing and WIP across multiple construction projects, ensuring accuracy and
• Manage percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and progress billing for residential
• Provide financial guidance to leadership to balance accuracy, compliance, and business needs.
• Lead integration and optimization of external apps with QuickBooks Online to improve workflows.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, expense management, subcontractor payments, and vendor/client

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of accounting at US-based companies; CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction or job-costed accounting across multiple projects.
• Experience with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams; public accounting or construction
• Ability to make sound financial judgments in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience coaching accounting staff; management experience a plus.
• Familiarity with federally funded projects, certified payroll, prevailing wage, or DCAA is
