Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own inventory and operating expense accounting for hardware SaaS
• Build SOPs, close processes, ERP and AI automation to scale
• Manage inventory, contract assets, prepaids, and operating expenses
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Business Operations across US and India
• Directly manage one team member in San Diego; time-zone flexible
• Support global expansion and cross-functional process design

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required
• 5–7 years accounting, including ~4 years in Big 4
• Hands-on inventory ERP integration; NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
• Track record deploying AI or automation tooling with measurable impact
• Strong inventory and operational accounting fundamentals, including 3PL and RMAs
• Demonstrated ability to build processes, controls, and reporting from the ground up
• Experience supporting hardware or device-based businesses preferred
