Own operational accounting and reporting with detailed analyses and reconciliations of all general
Manage inventory accounting, reserves, fleet, equity accounting, and stock-based compensation.
Draft technical accounting memos for debt, equity, and lessor accounting.
Collaborate with Operations on manufacturing processes and reporting.
Oversee Accounts Payable processes and accruals.
Help automate financial reporting and analytics; strengthen internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field
CPA required (inactive status ok)
5+ years accounting experience, preferably in public audit or retail
Strong attention to detail and financial reporting expertise
Data-driven problem-solving and process improvement skills
NetSuite experience a plus
