Own month-end close tasks: journal entries, reconciliations, coding, and prep
Maintain GL accuracy; ensure entries are supported and audit-ready
Complete recurring weekly tasks: data sync monitoring, processing, and report maintenance
Identify and implement process improvements for more efficient reporting
Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP improvements, data flows, and tax support

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of accounting with month-end close and GL ownership
NetSuite proficiency preferred
Experience with ecommerce or US small/medium companies preferred
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent a plus
Excellent English communication; comfortable with global teams
Thrives in a remote, international environment
