Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Oversee monthly close, reporting, budgeting, treasury, AP/AR.
• Lead bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly packages and variance analysis.
• Track KPIs on property performance and margins.
• Support management with ad hoc analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CPA-track preferred
• 4–7 years progressive accounting exp; real estate preferred
• US GAAP knowledge, accrual accounting, month-end close
• Manage AP/AR, budgeting, financial reporting
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio; Advanced Excel
• Highly organized, detail-oriented; startup environment
