Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead full accounting cycle for a growing construction business
• Oversee job costing and WIP across multiple projects
• Manage percentage-of-completion revenue and progress billing
• Provide financial guidance to leadership and support decision-making
• Integrate/explore external apps with QuickBooks Online
• Oversee AP/AR, expenses, subcontractor payments, vendor/client interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years accounting experience with US-based companies
• Full-cycle accounting ownership; CPA preferred
• Strong construction/job-costing knowledge
• Experience with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to make sound financial judgments in a fast-paced setting
• Experience coaching/accounting staff is a plus
