Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Financial reporting: manage monthly, quarterly and annual statements.
• Audit management: primary contact for local external audits.
• Internal controls: own and improve control processes.
• Tax compliance: manage transfer pricing, VAT, and WHT.
• Team leadership: supervise accounting staff (1 direct report).
• Payroll support: coordinate with HR and external providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Certifications: locally accountant certified.
• Language: Native Spanish with advanced English.
• Technical: Excel modeling, LOOKUPs, pivot tables.
• ERP/SQL: SAP/Oracle/NetSuite or SQL.
• Analytical and communication skills.
