Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own full accounting cycle, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Oversee job costing and WIP on multiple construction projects.
• Manage percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and progress billing.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and cash flow planning.
• Integrate external apps with QuickBooks Online to improve workflows.
• Oversee AP/AR, expenses, subcontractor payments, and vendor interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of U.S.-based accounting experience; CPA preferred.
• Construction/j0b-costed accounting across multiple projects.
• Experience with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong judgment, prioritize in a fast-growing org.
• Fluent English; excellent remote communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, independent problem-solver.
