Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own full accounting cycle: reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting.
• Oversee job costing and WIP across multiple construction projects.
• Manage percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and progress billing.
• Lead integration of external apps with QuickBooks Online to improve workflows.
• Oversee AP/AR, expense management, subcontractor payments, vendor/client interactions.
• Support compliance for federally funded projects (certified payroll, prevailing wage).

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies; CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction or job-costed accounting across multiple projects.
• Experience with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams (public accounting, client-facing
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Slack, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zoom, Google Drive.
• Experience integrating external applications with QuickBooks Online.
• Full professional fluency in English; clear communication to non-finance leaders and teams.
