📋 Description

Drive accountability across global close processes for timeliness.
Lead AI and automation across close areas, incl. reconciliations.
Mentor and manage accounting staff; coordinate close.
Improve processes to reduce close time and increase automation.
Support M&A activity and integration into Databricks accounting.
Lead ERP transformation to SAP S/4HANA, testing and changes.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years public accounting and 3+ years in tech/SaaS.
CPA and Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
Deep US GAAP knowledge across close processes.
ERP experience; SAP S/4HANA preferred; ERP implementation a plus.
Automation/AI experience; Databricks familiarity a plus.
Leadership: mentoring staff and driving accountability.
