Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own the full accounting cycle, including reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, and
• Oversee job costing and WIP schedules across multiple construction projects.
• Manage percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and progress billing for various projects.
• Provide financial guidance to leadership to balance accuracy with business needs.
• Lead integration of external apps with QuickBooks Online to improve workflows.
• Oversee AP/AR, expense management, subcontractor payments, and vendor interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years accounting experience with U.S.-based companies; CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction/job-costed accounting for multiple projects.
• Experience with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams; prior public accounting or
• Ability to make sound financial judgments in a fast-moving, growing environment.
• Fluency in English with clear communication to non-finance stakeholders.
• Remote-ready with excellent organization and collaboration skills.
