Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead month-end close; manage end-to-end close for accurate financials.
• Manage financial reporting with Brazil Central Bank.
• Collaborate to automate and improve accounting processes.
• Oversee monthly tax filings (income, payroll, annual returns).
• Collaborate with product to improve Jeeves product features.
• Assist in technical accounting research and policy documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in public accounting, fintech, or financial institutions.
• 2+ years Big4 experience.
• Experience with regulated entities and Brazil Central Bank.
• Experience with month-end close process.
• Experience developing and rolling out cross-functional processes.
• Fluent in English.
