Accounting Manager, Global GL Operations

📋 Description

• Lead month-end close process coordination and review
• Assist monthly financial statements preparation and analysis
• Oversee tax compliance, statutory filings, and regulatory reporting
• Prepare and review flux analyses MoM and QoQ
• Prepare and review monthly GL reconciliations
• Coordinate with external auditors for PCAOB audits and Bitcoin custody controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
• 5-7 years U.S. GAAP accounting experience; crypto/fintech a plus
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regs, financial reporting
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for SEC filings
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
• Proven ability to implement new accounting standards and complex reporting
