Accounting Operations - 6 Month Contract

📋 Description

• Run monthly partner billing cycle; gather inputs, generate reports, and coordinate approvals
• Own partner-facing communications: review/send billing emails; answer inquiries
• Triage data discrepancies; document and escalate issues
• Create, issue, track partner invoices in NetSuite; match POs; confirm remittances
• Complete vendor and customer onboarding; collect docs, tax forms, banking details
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and journal entries

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in billing, AR, or finance ops; independent cycle owner
• Hands-on NetSuite AR and billing experience
• Strong organizational skills; deadline-driven monthly cycle
• Clear, professional written communication; external partner contact
• Methodical reconciliation; chase discrepancies across sources
• SQL or BigQuery familiarity (nice to have)
