Accounting Operations Analyst Contractor

📋 Description

• Support accounting processes across shared service functions
• Manage contracting requirements and act as primary contact for assigned contracts
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal for reviews, approvals, and execution
• Provide financial updates, budget insights, and operational reporting
• Handle daily/monthly administrative accounting, PO and vendor invoices
• Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) years progressive accounting experience
• Experience with project management, program coordination, quantitative/financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience, particularly NetSuite
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
