Own the endorsements process end-to-end with accuracy and audit readiness.
Drive automation and process improvements across accounting ops.
Leverage AI tools (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT) to streamline workflows and analytics.
Support month-/quarter-/year-end closes, including journal entries.
Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8+ years accounting experience.
Strong US GAAP knowledge.
Experience with Sage Intacct and NetSuite (reports and nav).
Familiar with FloQast and Ramp for close and expenses.
Familiar with AI tools incl. Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT.
Self-starter, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks.
