Accounting Senior Analyst, Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Lead accounting operations, close, reporting, governance, and statements per Ind AS.
• Ensure statutory/regulatory compliance (FEMA, CSR, tax, TDS, EPF, RBI).
• Maintain internal controls and ICFR to safeguard assets and reporting.
• Coordinate audits (statutory, internal, SOX) and respond to findings.
• Review contracts/POs for risk and policy alignment.
• Support analytics, finance transformation, and decision-support activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with 5–7 yrs, or accounting/finance degree with
• Proven experience in accounting operations, reporting, compliance, and audits.
• Hands-on controllership in a complex environment; Big Four audits experience.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, ICFR, risk management.
• Experience with Ind AS, FEMA, tax, TDS, EPF, MSMED, RBI, CSR, transfer pricing.
• Experience with revenue recognition and financial statements; strong analytical skills.
