Fixed Assets Accountant for UAEECA region.
Own fixed assets accounting across UAEECA; create/change/dispose assets; manage CAPEX-related WBS.
Ensure depreciation, IFRS compliance, local and tax requirements.
Manage POs related to fixed assets; perform monthly GL reconciliations.
Handle lease accounting under IFRS 16; support audits and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Controlling.
3+ years in accounting; strong numeric/analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP experience a plus.
Structured, process-driven; able to work independently and in teams.
English intermediate or higher; FMCG/multinational experience advantageous.
