Accounting Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee full-cycle AP across multi-entity, multi-currency.
• Partner with Procurement and Treasury; support AI initiatives.
• Manage global pay cycles and month-end reconciliations.
• Process international invoices with VAT/GST and PO matching.
• Drive process automation by addressing AI-exceptions and testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in finance/accounting or 5+ years in high-volume AP.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP; Zip, Navan, or Brex.
• Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with international banking and payment methods (ACH, SEPA, BACS).
• Experience with automated or AI-assisted financial workflows.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
