📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, ensuring timely processing and accurate financial
• Process vendor invoices with correct coding and approvals; maintain documentation.
• Oversee payment processing and ensure transactions are recorded on time.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, posting issues, and reconciliation differences.
• Review vendor documentation to support compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and remittance details.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounts payable, invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliations, or
• Experience in an AP shared services environment is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, payment controls, vendor management, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
