Accounts Payable Manager

📋 Description

• Process and verify invoices for goods and services received
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Respond to vendor inquiries about payments and invoice status
• Assist in reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Support the month-end closing process by ensuring timely invoice processing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance, AP preferred
• Higher education (finance, accounting, economics) preferred
• Very good knowledge of English – required
• Advanced MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Independent and proactive with team coordination experience
