Accounts Payable & Receivable Analyst

📋 Description

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Manage payment schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Track payments; follow up on outstanding invoices and collections.
• Support AP/AR activities including customer billing.
• Reconcile payment records and bank transactions; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain organized records and assist with month-end reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in AP, AR, Billing, or related Finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience managing invoices, payments, collections, or reconciliations.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Startup experience is a plus.
