📋 Description

• Accounts payable role for a property management client of Extenteam.
• Role supports AP processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a remote, global team.
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments and issue resolution.
• Operate within a fast-paced, data-driven environment aligned with company goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Education and Experience: CPA required; AP team experience with ERP systems (Coupa preferred).
• Technical: Strong Excel (formulas, pivot tables), 3-way match, and reconciliations fundamentals.
• Process: Accurate invoice entry, accruals, and vendor account management; able to resolve invoice
• Analytical: Develop KPIs and dashboards; data-driven approach to identify trends and risks.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain financial concepts to
• Regulatory: Knowledge of W-9, ACH requirements; maintain confidentiality and internal controls
