Accounts Payable Specialist

📋 Description

• Full accounts payable cycle management
• Process invoices, PO matching, approvals, and vendor payments
• Handle tax ID verification and discrepancy resolution
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations
• Support process migrations and system implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years US Accounts Payable experience
• Strong end-to-end AP knowledge
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Great Plains, ConnectWise, Medius, or similar ERP/AP systems
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setup
