80% AR; 20% Billing in remote role
Pull/review AR info and SOA in QuickBooks Online
Monitor AR aging; follow up on invoices via Outlook
Process and apply incoming payments; keep accounts current
Flag aged/high-risk accounts for escalation
Billing: review charges in Crown and send invoices

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
Excellent attention to detail with financial data
Professional written communication for client follow-ups
Independent work in a fast-paced, remote environment
Reliable internet connection and quiet remote setup
Availability to cover full AR or Billing during absences
