Handle customer accounting tasks: collecting payments, processing refunds, and responding to
Support sales tax compliance and exemption documentation
Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows

🎯 Requirements

2+ years experience in accounting/AR or related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Experience in remote-only or fully distributed teams preferred
