Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Handle end-to-end order-to-cash processes, reviewing contracts, validating pricing, and processing
• Serve as primary liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve order
• Identify bottlenecks in order-to-cash workflow and implement scalable solutions to improve
• Escalate complex order inquiries with timely, accurate resolutions for internal and external
• Maintain data integrity across systems and generate reports on order volumes, processing times, and
• Train and guide junior order management team members, sharing best practices and ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 7 years in order management, sales operations, or related field.
• Education: Bachelor's in business, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex contracts and translate into accurate orders.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and contract review under deadlines.
• System Expertise: Experience with Zuora (subscription billing) and NetSuite (ERP); Salesforce
