Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage accounts receivable activities and billing inquiries
• Perform insurance follow-up and AR resolution
• Handle payer issues, aged claims, and AR projects
• Review balances per insurance guidelines and contracts
• Respond to patient billing inquiries professionally
• Identify trends to improve revenue flow and reduce denials

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in healthcare environment required
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience reading insurance EOBs
• Understanding of insurance claims follow-up and AR processes
• Knowledge of healthcare billing practices and regulatory guidelines preferred
• Strong communication, detail-orientation, and multitasking
