Accounts Receivable Specialist (Project-Based)

📋 Description

• Own key activities across the order-to-cash and accounts receivable lifecycle
• Invoice customers through vendor portals and ERP
• Process, reconcile, and apply incoming payments across platforms
• Monitor overdue balances and follow up with customers
• Manage chargebacks and disputes end-to-end with documentation and resolution
• Reconcile transactions and revenue from Amazon marketplaces (Seller Central, Merch)

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related finance
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, reconciliations, collections, and payment application
• Experience managing chargebacks and dispute documentation
• Familiarity with Amazon marketplaces, especially Seller Central and Merch
• Ability to navigate financial and marketplace reporting tools and investigate discrepancies
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
