Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temporary Position)

📋 Description

• Maintain AR ledgers through collections and payments
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
• Adhere to QMS and regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in business/accounting or related field; 3+ years experience
• SAP experience strongly preferred
• AR experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and office tools
• On-site work; ability to lift up to 25 pounds
