📋 Description

• Lead complex, strategic programs and projects from concept through successful delivery, ensuring
• Manage portfolios of high-value initiatives, including programs with multi-million-dollar budgets
• Build, guide, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering accountability
• Establish and maintain program governance, including stage-gate processes, portfolio reviews
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing clear recommendations on program progress
• Optimize resources across programs and portfolios while balancing strategic priorities, timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of relevant program/project management experience, or a bachelor’s
• Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs from initial concept through
• Experience managing strategic transformations, including digital and operating model transformation
• Proven experience overseeing portfolios with multi-million-dollar budgets and significant financial
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, governance frameworks, and stage-gate
