📋 Description

• Lead West Coast revenue, forecast, and pipeline for Duolingo Ads.
• Set regional GTM strategy, design territory, pricing, and coverage plans.
• Build and coach a small sales team, establish rhythms and CRM hygiene.
• Develop senior relationships with brands and agencies; open logos and expand accounts.
• Manage end-to-end deals with cross-functional teams for flawless delivery.
• Provide market feedback to inform pricing, packaging, and ad experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in direct digital ad sales in premium mobile or consumer apps.
• Experience selling video and native formats; structuring innovative agreements with top
• Ability to engage senior decision makers; strong collateral creation and problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of ad tech and mobile app ecosystems; data-driven pricing/packaging.
• Excellent communication; comfortable with ambiguity and high velocity.
