• Document referrals and intake activity in EHR systems and tracking tools.

• Experience in admissions/intake/patient coordination or case management.
• Ability to stay calm and clear in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal communication; clear, direct, and professional in all interactions.
• Experience with EHR/CRM systems or referral tracking tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy and professionalism.
• Must have remote work experience; proficient with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace.
