Adoption Strategist - LATAM

📋 Description

• Brand-new Adoption Strategist role focusing on adoption, enablement, and product expertise.
• Work with corporate and midmarket customers to drive adoption of core use cases.
• Build scalable adoption and enablement processes to accelerate time-to-value.
• Develop deep product expertise on ElevenAgents/ ElevenCreative for core use cases.
• Audit customer prompts and configurations to identify gaps and drive adoption.
• Track adoption metrics and partner with RevOps to create data-driven playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, or tech account mgmt in SaaS/AI-native firms
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• Proven track record building adoption programs from onboarding to scaled playbooks
• System-thinking, creative, scalable automations with AI tools
• Extremely analytical; identifies trends and informs strategy
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Account Mgmt, FDE, RevOps, GTM
