Adult Family Home Manager (Behavioral  Mental Health Focus)

📋 Description

• Lead residential programs with high-acuity behavioral homes (AFH) in Baraboo & Lyndon Station
• Hands-on leadership in high-acuity environments; guide teams through crisis with person-centered
• Supervise DSP teams, implement BSPs, and support FBAs in collaboration with families and clinical
• Oversee program operations: staffing, budgets, and compliance; on-call rotation weekends/off hours.
• Provide staff training on interventions, safety, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor0;s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field
• 2+ years leadership experience; hiring, coaching, performance management
• Experience with co-occurring disabilities and mental health diagnoses
• At least 1 year hands-on with behavioral interventions and BSPs
• Crisis management, de-escalation, and high-risk behavior handling
• Residential/group home experience preferred; strong decision-making/communication skills
