Adult Family Home Manager (Behavioral & Mental Health Focus) – Wage Increase!

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee residential programs including high-acuity AFH settings
• Supervise and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Drive BSP implementation and partner on FBAs
• Provide crisis leadership ensuring safe, compliant responses
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and clinical teams
• Manage program operations including staffing, budgets, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field
• 2+ years of leadership experience (hiring, coaching, performance management)
• Experience with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses preferred
• Experience with BSPs and FBAs; crisis de-escalation skills required
• Residential/group home or behavioral health background highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
