Adult Family Home Manager (Behavioral & Mental Health Focus) – Wage Increase!

📋 Description

• Lead residential programs, including high-acuity behavioral homes (AFH settings)
• Supervise, coach, and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Drive Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and partner on FBAs
• Provide crisis leadership with safe, compliant responses
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and clinical teams
• Manage staffing, budgets, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field
• 2+ years of leadership experience (hiring, coaching, performance mgmt)
• Experience with co-occurring disabilities and mental health diagnoses (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with behavioral interventions and BSPs (1+ year)
• Crisis de-escalation and high-risk behavior management
• Residential/group home or behavioral health experience preferred
