Adult Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN

📋 Description

• 1:1 private duty nursing in a home setting
• Manage ventilator and airway care for a non-mobile client
• G-tube daytime nutrition, hydration, and meds
• Assist with transfers and positioning (client ~100 lb)
• Support morning prep, hygiene, and daily routines

🎯 Requirements

• Active Michigan RN or LPN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with vents and G-tubes a plus
• Ability to safely lift ~100 lb and position client
• Strong communication and critical thinking
• Home care or private duty experience preferred
