📋 Description

• Lead analytics efforts for Fraud, Payments & Operations Analytics across FanDuel.
• Manage a team translating data into actionable recommendations for risk, payments, and operations
• Balance protection with customer experience; partner with risk, payments, Core Products &
• Guide team in applying advanced analytics to identify trends and insights.
• Own team output quality, ensuring analyses are accurate, refreshed, and stakeholder-ready.
• Coach analysts and shape team strategy to align with evolving priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics roles; 1+ year managing/coaching analysts or data engineers.
• Bachelor’s in Math/Stats/Econ or related quantitative experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or R preferred.
• Experience with Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, Notebooks, BI tools; Tableau expertise a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in fraud, payments analytics, or operational process data; knowledge of sports betting
